Tammy Jennissen

Tammy has 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry. She has a background in audit, operations fund administration, and 15 years’ experience as a professional director and fiduciary between Carne Group and Maples Group. Tammy has worked with a wide variety of investment managers and funds, including private credit, private debt, hedge, private equity, evergreen, quant, real estate and related special purpose vehicles in jurisdictions globally. She has spoken on industry panels and co-authored papers about corporate governance.

Tammy worked at Sun Capital Partners with responsibility for the oversight of operations, financial statement preparation, audit, and the supervision of a team of accountants. Tammy was a Vice President with Goldman Sachs (Cayman) Trust Ltd, in the fund administration unit providing services to hedge and private equity funds. She began her career as an auditor with Deloitte in Canada before transferring to the Cayman Islands.

Tammy obtained bachelor’s degrees in both commerce and science from the University of Alberta. She holds both Chartered Accountant and Chartered Professional  Accountant designation and has also received the Accredited Director designation from Chartered Secretaries of Canada. Tammy is a director of 100 Women in Finance Cayman and is a past elected member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association Executive Committee.
