Mark Stockley

Mark Stockley is Chief Business Development Officer at Carne, and has over 30 years’ experience in financial services within securities servicing and investment management. He has extensive global operating knowledge and cultural awareness, having been based in Dublin, London, Luxembourg, Hong Kong, New York and San Francisco. Based in Luxembourg, Mark is responsible for the global delivery of strategic services to clients and investor solutions.

Prior to joining Carne, Mark was Head of International Cash at Invesco, responsible for business development, marketing, sales and client service of their cash management capabilities outside of the US. Mark has also held senior roles with global responsibilities within industry-leading companies including BGI, BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, and JP Morgan.

Mark was Executive Director on the board of BlackRock Asset Management Ireland Ltd, the Irish-domiciled fund complex responsible for over $800bn in AUM. He was Vice Chairman and Treasurer of the Institutional Money Market Fund Association (IMMFA), which represents approximately €1tn in AUM.

Mark has also been responsible for control functions that required him to be CF29 & CF30-registered with the FCA and approved by the London Stock Exchange. Mark has attended executive leadership programs at The Wharton School and IMD Business School, and passed independent trustee exams with the UK Pension Regulator (TPR) with distinction.
