Jennifer Collins

Jennifer is a highly respected figure in the Cayman Islands’ funds industry, bringing two decades’ experience working with many of the world’s most prominent investment managers. She is recognized as a leader in her field for her focus on good governance practices and her in-depth understanding of fund structures and operations, underpinned by extensive expertise in audit and fund administration. Her strategic vision and commitment to excellence make her a trusted advisor to clients and peers alike.

For more than 13 years, Jennifer has overseen a wide range of sophisticated fund strategies and structures. Her directorship career includes 3 years at Ogier Fund Services prior to joining Carne Group, where she has been a key contributor since 2014. She has extensive expertise from her 11 years in fund administration at UBS Fund Services and Fortis Fund Services, after launching her career with KPMG Canada in 1996.

Jennifer is a Canadian CPA and an American CPA. She is an active member of CPA Canada, Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants, and Cayman Islands Directors Association. Beyond her professional achievements, she is a long serving director of Hedge Funds Care Cayman and the global board of Help for Children, exemplifying her dedication to both industry leadership and meaningful philanthropy.
