Carmel Neylon

Carmel Neylon is a director and Carne Group’s Chief of Staff, with responsibility for the implementation of Carne strategic initiatives and for providing direction and communication to the senior executive team. Carmel has over 20 years’ experience in the industry.

In her various roles within Deutsche Bank  (now State Street), where she spent almost two decades, she was responsible for the areas of transfer agency, NAV preparation, pricing and custody. This included due diligence and oversight responsibilities in the appointment of global custodians and other agents.

Carmel sat on the executive committee and served as a director of the trustee/custody (depository) company for over a decade. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Carmel was employed by the Investment Bank of Ireland.
